1. Eligibility for Refund:
- To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sean@mavericktactical.com within the specified timeframe.
- Clearly state your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (taken from the final refund total).
4. Refund Processing:
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.
- If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Non-Refundable Items:
- Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Armor Plates with a Ceramic Strike Face
- Gift Cards
- Armor Plates with a Ceramic Strike Face
6. Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account first.
- If the refund is still not processed, contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be processing time before the refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@mavericktactical.com .
7. Exchanges:
- We currently only offer exchanges for concealable armor shirts. Please contact us at info@mavericktactical.com for inquiries on exchanging for a different size.
8. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sean@mavericktactical.com with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
9. Changes to this Policy:
- We reserve the right to update or change our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and will be communicated on our website.
