Satisfied customer

Bought for Xmas gifts for granddaughters who have been in shooting incidents. Delivery returned to sender by ups due to error in address. Had initial trouble with email, but Sean or Patrick answered phone even on Saturdays. Initially wanted to wait till return before replacing, but upon appeal they shipped out right away to correct address. Good customer service, good product I trust. Hope it does not have to be tested.
